Returns Policy
*Returns on non-collectible items are accepted within 30 days from purchase with a receipt. Returns will be made in the original form of payment or store credit. Returned items must be in new, sellable condition.
*Sales are final on clearance items, pre-owned items, and collectible items (collectible card game packs, card singles, comic books, blind booster items, etc) and these items may not be returned.
Pre-Orders and Special Order Policy
*There is no deposit required on normally stocked items. Special orders may require a deposit.
*Non-paid for items will be held a maximum of 15 days from release date (pre-orders) or notification of receipt of items (special orders). After 15 days they will be returned to inventory. Fully paid items will be held for up to 30 days for your convenience. After 30 days they may be disposed of due to storage constraints.
Lost and Found
*We will store found items for a maximum of 30 days. If you believe you may have left something at McNabb Games please let us know ASAP and we can search for it. Items left more than 30 days may be disposed of due to storage constraints.
Pre-owned Video Game Guarantee
Pre-owned video games have been carefully tested, and guaranteed to work. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 7 days for your money back. Product may not include original box and instruction manual. Item pictured may not be exact item received.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
